Curiosity Leads to Seeing Connection

Interesting idea. How could that be? It’s all about the paying attention. Doesn’t matter what you’re paying attention to. What matters is how deeply you are paying attention to what you are paying attention to. That’s a little metacognitive for a description.

What does it feel like? Moments where you are seeing or hearing as if in a tunnel that blocks out the other sensations. So there is just one channel of stimulation, and you attend to it fully. It is kind of like a flow state. Have you ever felt that?

And this intense focus is fueled by curiosity. The more you have, the more intense. The deeper you can dig. The deeper you dig into anything, the more you see how it connects to other things. The more you see how other things connect to it.

Yes, curiosity leads to seeing connection.

We need a better, snappier marketing slogan. Isn’t that what drives most things nowadays?

How about curiosity causes connection?

The alliteration is nice. But, no, causation is too hard to prove. No one will believe it.

How about curiosity correlates to connection?

No! Too safe. And it sounds like an academic wrote it.

I got it!

How about curiosity is connection?

We may have it!

Curiosity is Connection
